I was delayed in learning certain things but not denied.

When I turned seventeen, I was really happy because that was the time i was free to do all the things i could not do as a child. I was brought up by very strict foster parents who did not allow me access to so many things like the internet. I did not know how to use a computer unlike the many kids I had schooled with, but at 17, I was going to do all that and more. Despite the fact that they were strict with me, my foster parents were really kind and they cared for me so well. On the day that I celebrated my 17th birthday, they gave me a computer as my birthday first. The laptop was not new but it was okay with me since it was going to allow me to enjoy the many things i heard from people who had an access to a computer. I could not wait any longer before I created a Twitter account in order to socialize with friends. I also had to get Hotmail account for my emails. Later on, I decided to start studying computer skills bit by bit so that i could know enough by the time I got a job. It was a good feeling to be able to enjoy the new technology sooner than I had expected. A year later when I got a job, I was already set to get started. My computer skills were not all that good but at least I could work with a computer and that was all that was required. When I was given my O2 account password, I knew that the company was ready to receive my services. I am really happy and enjoying myself to the fullest.
